Haul Ready Solutions Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Haul Ready Solutions ("we," "us"). By checking the box at checkout, paying, or using our services, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are buying for your business, and that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The Setup Package
The package includes:
A business email address on a domain for your company
A simple one-page company website
A logo (or cleanup of your existing logo)
An email signature
A carrier packet assembled as one PDF from the documents you provide (certificate of insurance, W-9, authority letter, and references if you supply them)
Google Business Profile setup (Section 3)
First-year hosting and maintenance (Section 4)
Anything not listed, including extra pages or a redesign, is excluded unless we agree in writing. We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help prepare your materials, and we are responsible for reviewing the final work.
3. Google Business Profile
As a value-added service, we will set up a Google Business Profile listing using the accurate information you provide.
Google alone decides eligibility, verification, and whether a listing stays active. Many trucking businesses lack a customer-facing location, and Google may decline or suspend such listings.
We cannot guarantee approval, verification, ranking, or continued availability.
You may need to complete verification yourself (a code by phone, video, or postcard).
You own your listing. We do not manage reviews, posts, or advertising for it.
4. First-year maintenance (included)
For 12 months after your website goes live (the "Maintenance Period"), the price includes:
Hosting for your website and business email account
Domain registration and renewal
Fixing technical problems with your website or email
Up to 2 small content updates per month (for example, a phone number change, a text edit, or a photo swap)
Up to 2 packet refreshes during the Maintenance Period (for example, a new certificate of insurance), using documents you send through our secure link
A target response time of 2 business days (a target, not a guarantee)
Excluded unless agreed in writing: new pages, redesigns, new logos, search-engine or advertising work, review or social media management, and any monitoring or reminders about your insurance, authority, or compliance deadlines. You remain responsible for keeping your documents and registrations current. Unused maintenance does not carry over or earn a refund.
5. Third-party platforms
Your website, email, domain, listing, and payments depend on third parties such as Squarespace, Google, and Stripe, and we may use others to collect documents or prepare materials. We do not control them. Their outages, policy changes, price changes, account actions, and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for them. Where a third-party service becomes unavailable or materially changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative during the Maintenance Period.
6. Your responsibilities and promises
You promise that:
Everything you give us is accurate, current, complete, and belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
Your motor carrier authority, registrations, and insurance are valid and in good standing when you buy, and you will tell us promptly if that changes.
The documents you upload are genuine, unaltered copies.
You will use the website, email, packet, and listing lawfully and honestly, and you will not use them to misrepresent your identity, authority, insurance, safety record, or business, or to evade any regulation or the rights of others.
You will upload sensitive documents only through the secure link we send, and protect your own login credentials. We handle documents as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for how you use everything we deliver.
7. Right to refuse, suspend, or end service
We may decline, pause, or end work, remove published material, and refuse further service if we reasonably believe the information or documents are inaccurate or misleading, your authority is revoked or flagged, you are using the service unlawfully or deceptively, or you do not cooperate. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. If this happens before we deliver, we will refund the unused portion of the price under Section 11. We will provide copies of your own files on request.
8. Timeline and cooperation
We aim to deliver setup within about one week after receiving both your payment and documents. This is a target, not a guarantee. Missing, unclear, or late items extend the timeline, and delays caused by you or third parties are not our breach.
9. Revisions and acceptance
The price includes one round of reasonable revisions after you preview your website and packet. If you do not request changes within 5 business days of the preview, or if you start using the work, it is accepted. Later changes fall under Section 4 or may be quoted separately.
10. Ownership, license, and transfer
You own your logo, packet, and the content we write for you. On request, we will provide copies at no charge. You give us a limited license to use and display your materials to build, host, and maintain your service. We will not name you as a customer or use your testimonial publicly without your written permission.
We keep ownership of our templates, tools, processes, and general know-how.
During the Maintenance Period, your website, domain, and email are hosted on our accounts.
At the end of the first year, you may transfer your website, domain, and email to your own accounts for a transfer fee. We will tell you the fee in writing at least 60 days before the Maintenance Period ends, and you are not charged until you agree. The fee will not exceed $250.
If you do not transfer or continue service, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice before taking the website down and closing the email account, during which you may request your files and an export of your email.
Continued service after the first year starts only on terms you agree to in writing.
11. Payment, refunds, taxes, and disputes
The price is shown at checkout and is a one-time payment. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not included in the price.
You may cancel for a full refund before we begin work. Work begins when we have both payment and documents.
After work begins and before your website goes live, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
After your website goes live, the price is non-refundable except where required by law or where we failed to deliver an item listed in Section 2.
Processing time varies by your bank or card issuer.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may provide our records of delivery, communications, and your acceptance of these terms.
12. No guarantees of results
We provide a professional presentation of your real business information. We do not guarantee broker approval, faster vetting, new loads or revenue, Google listing approval, search ranking, or any change to your safety rating, compliance status, or standing with any government agency, broker, insurer, or other party. Brokers set their own requirements, including minimum authority age, and their decisions are outside our control. Anything said in conversation or marketing is not a guarantee unless written in these terms.
13. Not legal, tax, insurance, or compliance advice
We are not a law firm, insurance agent, accountant, or compliance consultant. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for meeting all federal, state, and industry requirements for your operation and should consult qualified professionals.
14. Warranty disclaimer
We will perform the services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except for that promise, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, the services and everything delivered are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the services or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost loads, lost business, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, even if we were told they were possible.
These limits apply to any legal theory, including contract, negligence, and statute.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Your indemnity
You agree to defend and reimburse us for losses, claims, and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from third-party claims about the information, documents, or content you provide, your misuse of the services, your violation of law or these terms, or any misrepresentation to a broker, insurer, regulator, or other party.
17. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, internet or power failures, natural disasters, illness, government action, or changes to platform rules.
18. Disputes
Please send written notice of any dispute to the email address below and give us 30 days to try to resolve it before starting any proceeding.
19. Electronic communications and consent to contact
You agree we may contact you by email, phone, and text about your order, delivery, maintenance, and these terms, using the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to texts to stop non-essential messages, though we may still send service-critical notices. This consent covers service communications for your purchase, not unrelated marketing.
20. Termination and survival
Either party may end the service as stated in these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes, and governing law) survive termination.
21. General
Entire agreement: these terms, with the Privacy Policy and your checkout page, are the whole agreement and replace earlier discussions.
Changes: we may update these terms. The version accepted at your purchase governs your purchase, and we will post new versions with a new effective date.
Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor or to an entity we form to operate the business, with notice to you.
Severability and waiver: if a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver.
Relationship: we are independent contractors, not partners, employees, or agents. These terms create no third-party beneficiaries.
Notices: we may send notices to the email you provided. Send notices to us at the email below.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which we are based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
