Haul Ready Solutions ("we," "us") explains here what information we collect and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, company name, DOT and MC numbers, fleet details, lanes, references, and information in forms, calls, texts, and emails.
Business documents you upload: certificates of insurance, W-9s, authority letters, and similar files. A W-9 may contain a Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number, which we treat as sensitive.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, but we receive payment confirmations and basic billing details.
Website information: like most sites, our website platform may automatically collect device, browser, and usage data, IP address, and cookies for security and analytics.
Public records for outreach: if we contacted you first, we obtained your business contact details from public FMCSA registration records.
2. How we use it
We use information to provide and support the services you purchased, communicate with you, process payments, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain and improve our website, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.
3. How we share it
Only with:
Service providers we use to run the business, including our website and domain host (Squarespace), our email and workspace provider (Google), our payment processor (Stripe), secure file-collection or form tools, and software tools (including AI-assisted tools) that help prepare your documents.
Third parties you ask us to deal with, such as Google when we set up your business listing.
Authorities or others when legally required, or to protect rights, safety, or against fraud.
A successor if the business is transferred or reorganized, including into an entity we form.
4. Sensitive documents
We limit access to your sensitive documents to people who need it for your project, and we delete our copies of your uploaded documents within 14 days after we deliver your finished packet (or a finished packet refresh). Your finished packet, which you receive, remains yours.
5. Security and incidents
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including reputable platforms and access controls. No system is completely secure. If an incident affects your information, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights. Contact us below, and we will respond within 45 days, as permitted by law.
7. Calls, texts, and email
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or tell us on a call. We keep a do-not-contact list and honor it. We do not currently send marketing emails. Service messages about your order may still be sent.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar technology from our website platform for basic operation and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals unless required by law.
9. User age requirements
Our services are for businesses, not for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Third-party sites
Our site may link to other sites (for example, Google or FMCSA). Their privacy practices are their own.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
